Our dedicated team of restructuring finance professionals provides asset based, cash flow, or asset backed financing structures to support turnaround situations such as Rescue, Debtor-In-Possession (DIP), Plan of Reorganization (POR or Exit), and 363 Auction situations.
The group is led by Ron Kubick, previously Head of U.S. Strategic Finance for Barclays Capital and Senior Vice President for GE Restructuring Finance where he has provided over $6.2 billion in restructuring finance transactions, including more than $4.6 billion in completed DIP & Exit financings in such industries as auto, retail, transportation, media & communications, distribution, and general manufacturing.
