Frederick “Rick” Wolfert, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Wolfert has over 28 years of experience in commercial finance and banking, with 15 years experience in Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer roles. Most recently, Mr. Wolfert served as Vice Chairman, Commercial Finance of the CIT Group, Inc. where he was responsible for its $40 billion commercial finance group. Prior to CIT, Mr. Wolfert was President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Healthcare Financial Services; President, Chief Operating Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Heller Financial, Inc. and Chairman, President and CEO of KeyCorp Leasing and KeyBank USA. Mr. Wolfert served as Chairman of the Equipment Leasing Association in 2001, and was named as “One of the 100 Most Powerful People in Healthcare” by Modern Healthcare magazine in 2002 and 2003.

Stuart Armstrong, President of Corporate Finance
Mr. Armstrong has over 18 years experience in the commercial finance industry with The Bank of New York, GE Capital and most recently as President and CEO of Black Diamond Commercial Finance L.L.C., the leveraged lending affiliate of Black Diamond Capital Management. Prior to starting Black Diamond Commercial Finance in 2005, Mr. Armstrong spent 12.5 years at GE Commercial Finance where he was a Senior Managing Director and the leader of Corporate Lending's vertical financing groups. The largest business units that Mr. Armstrong led included the National Restructuring, Retail and Metals groups.

Laird Boulden, President of Asset Finance
Mr. Boulden is a 25 year veteran of the asset finance industry and recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of RBS Asset Finance, Inc., a division of RBS Citizens, N.A. where he was responsible for the asset finance business within Citizens Financial Group. Prior to RBS Asset Finance, Mr. Boulden was President of RBS Lombard – a group he launched for RBS in 2001 – where he was responsible for the consolidation and integration of the U.S.-based RBS equipment finance businesses (the former RBS Lombard, ICX, and Citizens Leasing) under the CFG umbrella. Mr. Boulden is a longtime member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association, previously serving as its vice chairman and was a long-term member of the ELFA’s board of directors and executive committee.

Tim Eichenlaub, Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer
Mr. Eichenlaub has spent over 25 years in commercial finance and banking with experience in originations, risk underwriting, portfolio management, capital markets, and equity investments. Most recently, Mr. Eichenlaub was Senior Managing Director and Group Head for CIT’s Sponsor Finance business. Prior to joining CIT, Mr. Eichenlaub was a Managing Director at GE Capital’s Merchant Banking Group and Commercial and Industrial Finance business and Executive Vice President and Head of Capital Markets of Heller Financial's Corporate Finance Group.

Douglas Hollowell, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Head of Depository Strategy
Mr. Hollowell has over 16 years experience in the legal field as both external and in-house counsel. Most recently, Mr. Hollowell served as Executive Director of Morgan Stanley Corporate Treasury, were he was Chief Operating Officer of Morgan Stanley Bank, a $35 billion Utah industrial bank, and Morgan Stanley Trust, a $4.5 billion Federal savings bank. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Hollowell served in a variety of positions at Merrill Lynch including General Counsel of Merrill Lynch Bank USA and General Counsel of Merrill Lynch Capital.

Steven Kluger, Executive Vice President, Capital Markets and Corporate Strategy
Mr. Kluger has over 26 years experience in global investments, banking, capital markets, finance, risk, operations, and asset/liability management. Most recently, Mr. Kluger was President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Capital Markets Services, Inc. (CMS) and an officer of the General Electric Company (GE). Prior to joining GE, Mr. Kluger worked at Irving Trust Company and at Creditanstalt in the capital markets, syndications, and fixed income sectors of these institutions. He is currently a member of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Capital Markets Consultative Group.

Sara R. McAuley Chief Human Resources Officer
Ms. McAuley has over 25 years of experience leading human resources strategy, with 13 years focused on the financial services industry. She was formerly Vice President, Human Resources at Standard & Poor’s and served as EVP, Human Resources at AT&T Capital and later Newcourt Capital. Prior to that she held various HR positions at Quaker Oats and Dart & Kraft, including several years as Head of HR for Asia based in Hong Kong. Ms. McAuley serves on the Board of Directors of WorldatWork, an organization for Human Resources professionals, and is currently Vice Chair.

Jim McGrane, President of Vendor Finance
Mr. McGrane has over 27 years of experience in the equipment leasing industry, most recently as founder and CEO of US Express Leasing (USXL). Prior to starting USXL, Mr. McGrane was Group President of Heller Global Vendor Finance, where he was responsible for leading the company’s activities in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. He also launched AT&T Capital’s CapitalPlus business, which was sold to American Express. Mr. McGrane’s operational expertise spans sales and marketing, business process and organization design, business development, and global relationship-building. Mr. McGrane is currently a member of the Equipment Leasing & Finance Association’s board of directors and executive committee and previously served as Chairman of the Small Ticket Business Council.

Denis J. Stypulkoski, Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer
With over 24 years of experience in information technology, including 17 years in the commercial finance industry, Mr. Stypulkoski has developed, deployed, managed, and delivered systems solutions and services in leading-edge global technology environments. Most recently CIO and a founder of U.S. Express Leasing, Mr. Stypulkoski built the infrastructure that enabled the company’s launch and rapid growth. Prior to joining USXL, Mr. Stypulkoski held leadership positions at CIT, Newcourt Credit Group, Lucent Technologies Product Finance and AT&T Capital Corporation. Mr. Stypulkoski is a member of the IEEE Computer Society and is a frequently quoted researcher and author.
