to provide liquidity and growth capital to companies throughout North America. With
locations in Chicago, IL, Stamford, CT and Parsippany, NJ, Tygris has three commercial finance businesses:

larger traditional sources of financing have been adversely impacted by the current dislocation in the
global credit markets and secondary competitors are unable to provide necessary breadth of service. Our
large capital base affords Tygris the financial flexibility to rapidly scale and diversify its target
businesses to deliver superior financing solutions to its clients.
Unencumbered by legacy issues, Tygris is building an efficient and diversified operating model to acquire
and originate a portfolio of commercial finance loans and leases.
